Services and Inclusions

In our apartment you will find the following:

Microwave, kettle, toaster, double cooking hob, iron and ironing board, fire extinguisher, hair dryer, 32" HDLCDTV (not coin operated!) and DVD player, fridge freezer, washing machine, clothes airer, luxury double leather sofa bed and a good quality wooden table and chair set on the balcony.

(Cable TV and WiFi is currently on order and will be installed ASAP, please check if this is a requirement before you book.)

Of course there is also a full compliment of pots, pans, cutlery, glasses (and kids plastic items) and all of the other items that you would expect to find in this level of comfort.

Fresh bed linen upon arrival with a light duvet (rather than horrible hotel throws!) and fresh towels.

Your apartment will be spotlessly cleaned prior to your arrival and ready for you to start your holiday with ready made twin beds and fresh linen for you to make up the luxurious leather double sofa bed.

Towels and Bed Linen - You will find ample fresh hand and bath towels in the bathroom with an airer on the balcony should you need to dry them after use. (These are for use inside the apartment only and not provided for the pool or the beach) If you stay with us for a week, then these will not be refreshed, however we do provide a washing machine and an airer on the balcony should you need to refresh them.

Cleaning - Spotlessly cleaned for your arrival and not scheduled again within the first week. If you stay longer, then we will arrange for your apartment to be cleaned after 7 days. Should you wish to have your apartment cleaned more often then please enquire at the time of booking and we will arrange extra provision for you during your stay for a small charge.

We have provided many extra items and services above and beyond that of a normal holiday apartment, all for your convenience and enjoyment, but please remember that this is a "self-catering" apartment in a private residential complex. There is no maid or reception service linked to our apartment other than those stated above.

In the event of any issues or emergencies, we will provide contact numbers for help on the Island and for ourselves back in the UK.
